Experience

As a Ph.D. trained organizational development specialist and former university professor, I have provided equity-centered consulting services in public service organizations for the past 20 years. This includes extensive experience in science-based leadership development programming, organizational assessments, organizational development, facilitation, organizational trauma, strategic plans, program evaluation, and statistical consulting.
